📋 Description

• Participate in conceptual design and provide full support through the entire project • Lead the management and development of less experienced Interior Designers • Liaise with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and consultants • Develop and represent the lead technical viewpoint on projects • Coordinate with the Director on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies • Plan and design interior design aspects of large or multiple projects by developing appropriate concepts and approaches • Maintain client and external project team member communication for efficient project management • Provide subject matter expertise on specific components of Interior Design • Deliver projects to clients on schedule and under budget • Meet project profitability goals • Contribute to repeat business, positive client reviews, and team retention and development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from a CIDA accredited college or university • 8+ years’ experience in the field of Interior Design • Active NCIDQ Certification preferred or testing in process • Experience with AutoCAD and Revit (or 3D modeling) • Experience with rendering software such as PhotoShop and SketchUp • Experience with scheduling software • Experience with specification software • Experience with standard business software including MSOffice, Adobe suite, and Google docs • Continuing education relevant for position • Must submit a portfolio with application to be considered • Available to travel as needed, dependent upon specific project assignments
