📋 Description

• Lead multi-skilled agile teams in designing and delivering high-quality solutions • Work with customer architects to agree functional and non-functional designs • Advise customers and managers on estimated effort, technical implications and design complexity • Manage, coach and develop a small number of staff • Manage employee performance and assist with career development • Provide direction and leadership while solving challenging problems • Work with peers to develop technology policy and standards • Share knowledge and mentor colleagues • Advise on new technologies and approaches • Develop business across an account with sales and account managers • Prioritise work across multiple major projects • Participate in technology communities

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully delivered software designs for multi-tiered modern software applications • Understanding of whole solution architecture concepts • Ability to communicate and negotiate solution architecture with customer architects • Experience prioritising non-functional concerns and incorporating them into application design • Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including SaaS and PaaS offerings • Ability to communicate technical designs clearly in conversation, documentation and presentations • Ability to make effective decisions in fast-moving delivery environments • Demonstrated ability to manage, coach and develop junior team members and the wider community • Proven experience being accountable for technology delivery challenges of varying sizes (desirable) • Experience proactively developing business across an account with sales and account managers (desirable) • Experience managing others, setting objectives, giving feedback and leading performance reviews (desirable) • Ability to prioritise time across multiple major projects (desirable) • Active participation in technology communities (desirable)
