📋 Description

• Lead thorough business process reviews to uncover client pain points, identify operational gaps, and define project scope • Translate business requirements into comprehensive functional design documents • Evaluate client workflows and recommend leading-practice NetSuite processes • Architect and configure NetSuite modules, including Financials, Inventory, and CRM • Design custom fields, records, and basic workflows • Collaborate with development teams on complex technical customizations and integrations • Oversee end-to-end implementations and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources • Lead deployment of core and industry-specific modules and transition from legacy systems • Manage project risks and communicate status updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders • Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing plans • Create training materials and lead hands-on training sessions • Drive user adoption of new systems and processes • Develop, document, and refine internal delivery methodologies with the founding team • Create reusable templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures • Contribute to the internal knowledge base • Provide post-deployment system optimization and new-feature support • Build client leadership relationships and identify future growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field • Ability to work Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST • 4-5 years of full end-to-end implementation experience in NetSuite (at least 10+ new implementations) • Proven experience in leading and managing NetSuite implementation projects from start to finish • Strong understanding of NetSuite functionalities, including core modules (Financials, Inventory, CRM, etc.) and industry modules • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and develop solutions to complex business challenges • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • NetSuite-specific certifications considered an asset • A Master's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is considered an asset
