📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across product, marketing, UX, research, innovation, AI, cloud, and technology organizations • Lead client conversations with recommendations, solutions, points of view, trade-offs, and actionable recommendations • Connect research activities to business objectives, strategic priorities, growth opportunities, and decision-making needs • Build long-term client partnerships supporting retention and growth • Oversee multiple concurrent qualitative research programs and strategic accounts • Drive end-to-end execution across large-scale, multi-market, and global initiatives • Establish operational frameworks for consistent and efficient execution • Anticipate risks, remove barriers, and implement mitigation strategies • Manage scope, recruitment challenges, timelines, feasibility, budgets, and changing priorities • Partner with researchers, moderators, project managers, recruitment partners, vendors, operations teams, and client stakeholders • Manage customized research programs and translate ambiguity into structured plans and deliverables • Improve processes, scalability, and operational efficiency • Serve as primary contact for senior client stakeholders and internal leadership • Facilitate cross-functional alignment and document decisions • Protect delivery quality, client satisfaction, retention, and future account growth

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in qualitative research, insights consulting, program management, project leadership, operations, or client services • Experience supporting enterprise-level technology companies or complex B2B organizations • Strong understanding of qualitative research methodologies and participant recruitment • Proven success managing complex, multi-market, multi-stakeholder initiatives • Understanding of recruitment feasibility, screeners, participant management, and study execution • Exceptional organizational rigor and attention to detail • Ability to manage ambiguity and incomplete information • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead executive conversations • Ability to balance client needs with delivery realities
