📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations • Handle complex tax matters related to partnership structures • Preparation of tax workpapers • Reviewing tax returns • Making tax payments • Providing strategic tax analysis through effective use of technology and data-driven tools • Collaborate with internal teams, external tax providers, external auditors, and regulatory agencies to minimize tax liabilities, ensure compliance and efficiently handle tax risk

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting – Master’s degree or CPA certification strongly preferred • Minimum of 3-4 years of tax accounting experience, preferably in a public accounting firm or corporate tax department. • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. • Experience with tax research software, depreciation software (Sage), Microsoft Office Suite and emerging AI-enabled tools.
