• Travel to customer facilities and lead inspection, installation, and servicing visits • Install Kargo towers and other hardware products at customer facilities • Coordinate with contractors for electrical work, forklift modifications, and installation assistance • Coordinate tower and tool shipping from Kargo inventory to customer sites • Provide Manufacturing with configurations and specifications determined from site visits • Make engineering recommendations to Product and Hardware teams to simplify installation and improve relevant features • Interact with customers during on-site visits to coordinate timing and installation preferences • Travel near 100% of the time
• 3+ years of experience servicing industrial equipment, vehicles, utilities, robots, or similar • Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and optical troubleshooting; preference for experience across all three systems • High availability for short-notice domestic travel, including planned and unplanned service visits outside normal business hours • Preference for experience servicing equipment in warehouse and/or factory environments • Strong communication and documentation skills • Ability to provide direction to contractors and explanations to customers • Experience using command line interfaces, such as PowerShell and Linux
