📋 Description

• Take over the administrative support of our employees: drafting employment contracts, maintaining personnel files, monitoring deadlines and appointments • Identify cross-departmental connections through analytical thinking and contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR processes • Support your team leader with specialist knowledge and act as a sparring partner in the development and implementation of new strategies and processes • Make decisions on personnel-administrative matters and assume responsibility for their implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Commercially trained or professionally experienced in HR administration, preferably in a dynamic environment; further training in human resources is welcome • Competent, open-minded, and committed to fostering a constructive working atmosphere • Independent, decisive, and willing to take on responsibility • Comfortable working with Google Cloud solutions, chat, email, telephone, and other IT tools
