📋 Description

• Define and drive architecture for enterprise SaaS platforms, distributed systems, and shared platform services • Lead complex technical initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams, products, and business domains • Establish technical direction for scalability, reliability, security, observability, and platform modernization efforts • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate business objectives into long-term technical strategies • Lead architecture reviews, design reviews, and technical decision-making for high-impact initiatives • Drive engineering standards and best practices related to system design, operational excellence, automation, and software quality • Mentor senior engineers, staff engineers, and technical leads through technical guidance and architectural leadership • Identify opportunities to simplify systems, reduce technical debt, and improve engineering velocity across teams

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience building SaaS applications, distributed systems, or enterprise software platforms • Experience leading architecture and technical strategy across multiple teams or product areas • Experience delivering large-scale technical initiatives involving distributed systems, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications • Experience designing secure, scalable, and highly available production systems • Experience driving technical standards, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices across an organization • Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, IT management software, automation platforms, or cybersecurity products • Experience with technologies such as Java, C#, .NET, SQL, AWS, Azure, or similar enterprise technology stacks • Experience leading platform modernization, cloud transformation, or large-scale architecture initiatives • Experience working with cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and event-driven platforms • Experience mentoring senior technical talent and influencing engineering organizations without direct management authority • Experience integrating AI-enabled capabilities into production software systems • Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) in engineering workflows.
