📋 Description

• Lead and develop software engineering teams responsible for enterprise SaaS products and platform services • Drive technical execution and delivery of roadmap initiatives across cloud-based and distributed systems • Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering planning activities • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate business requirements into technical delivery plans • Drive engineering best practices across CI/CD, automated testing, observability, security, and operational readiness • Review technical designs and provide guidance on scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance • Support production operations, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives • Mentor engineers and technical leads while fostering a culture of accountability and engineering excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience building SaaS applications, distributed systems, or cloud-based services • 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams • Experience participating in architecture reviews and technical design discussions for production systems • Experience delivering software using Agile development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices • Experience supporting production systems, including operational readiness, incident response, and reliability improvements
