📋 Description

• Execute Payin, Payout, and business reconciliation transactions in accordance with established procedures • Manage and validate daily operational cutoffs, verifying results and resolving discrepancies or rejections • Process the upload and exchange of operational files, ensuring data integrity for every import/export • Record and securely retain evidence of all completed operations • Coordinate with Customer Support to provide updates on the status of transactions or processes • Follow and promote information security and data protection regulations (IS, PDP, AML/CFT)

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in financial operations, payment processing, collections, or reconciliations • Technical or university-level studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data matching, and validation of large data volumes) • Knowledge of banking payment processes, operational cutoff management, and payment processing platforms • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (technical reading required) • Experience with batch processing and operations through Home Banking or Host to Host • Basic SQL knowledge for querying and validating information • Previous experience in high-volume transaction environments • Basic knowledge of process automation or AI-assisted analytics tools
