📋 Description

• Engage in phone conversations with members, ensuring members are comfortable providing the information required to update records • Aim to resolve and update all required data during one interactive interaction (call) with the member • Identify other member service opportunities or outstanding questions that require follow up by other Credit Union partners • Provide referrals to branches or Contact Centre Associates for further products or services that enhance the member’s financial well-being • Perform administrative duties, data entry, staff communication (verbal and written), and other special sub-projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent • One year in a front line banking role, or equivalent experience • A minimum of one year experience in a customer service role within the financial services industry • Excellent organization and time management skills • Excellent problem-solving and communications skills • Successful candidate must reside within three hours of Kawartha Financial Services' Regional Office in Peterborough, ON • New employees are required to disclose their vaccination status as a condition of hire • If applicable, new employees must provide proof of vaccination status on or before their first day of work
