• Provide confidential, non-medical counseling to service members, spouses, children, and families • Deliver short-term, solution-focused support and consultation services • Conduct outreach activities and build relationships within military communities • Present trainings, workshops, and wellness programs to military audiences • Support military families through relocation, deployment, reintegration, and school changes • Collaborate with installation leadership, family support organizations, schools, and community resources • Participate in health fairs, community events, and resilience-building initiatives • Provide referrals and resource navigation when appropriate • Maintain compliance with Department of Defense program requirements and standards • Join KBR’s talent network for consideration for future MFLC opportunities
• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field • Independent, unrestricted clinical licensure such as LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, Psychologist, or equivalent independent clinical license • Experience providing counseling or behavioral health services • Ability to work effectively with military populations and diverse communities • Strong presentation, consultation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to obtain and maintain required background investigations or government credentials • Military affiliation, military spouse experience, veteran status, or prior MFLC experience are highly valued but not required
