• Lead complex, strategic, and high-value renewal engagements. • Develop renewal strategies for at-risk accounts, procurement-intensive customers, and enterprise agreements. • Conduct advanced commercial negotiations involving pricing, contract terms, and customer commitments. • Drive retention initiatives and risk mitigation plans for critical accounts. • Partner with Sales leadership, Customer Success leadership, Finance, and Legal on strategic customer decisions. • Identify opportunities to improve commercial terms, entitlement structures, and contract standards. • Mentor and provide guidance to Entry, Associate, and Renewal Specialists. • Lead cross-functional renewal reviews and executive-level account discussions. • Influence renewal forecasting accuracy and retention planning. • Contribute to development of renewal playbooks, operational processes, and best practices. • Analyze renewal trends and recommend improvements to reduce churn and revenue leakage.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 6–8 years of experience in renewals, enterprise account management, customer revenue management, or related commercial roles. • Proven success managing enterprise-level renewals and complex commercial negotiations. • Advanced understanding of software subscription models, contract structures, and customer retention strategies. • Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities. • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. • Experience mentoring or providing leadership within a revenue-focused organization. • Strong business acumen and commercial judgment. • Up to 10% travel.
