📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of analysts delivering insights to shape how KinderCare runs and grows its business • Partner with the director on team vision, hiring, and continued buildout of the enterprise analytics practice • Prioritize work and sharpen communication of insights across a high volume of requests • Co-create executive narratives and presentations and independently deliver them in senior leadership forums • Triage urgent requests, quickly assess scope, mobilize resources, and ensure rigorous, quality turnarounds • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships and serve as a thought partner for business leaders making data-driven decisions • Invest in team management and professional development through regular check-ins, coaching, and performance management • Identify and remove emerging blockers • Model and champion effective use of AI tools to accelerate analytics delivery sustainably

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with a track record of progressively complex and business-critical work • People management experience leading a team of 4 or more with a genuine instinct for developing talent • Experience working across multiple business domains • Capacity to context-switch several times a day without losing depth • Comfortable operating in ambiguity in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and regular re-prioritization is required • Analytical fluency: can read a model, spot a flawed metric, and push back on a methodology when something doesn’t add up • AI fluency: actively use AI tools in your own work and help your team identify where AI adds real value • Experience with Databricks or similar cloud-based analytical platforms preferred
