📋 Description

• Establish understanding of client goals, objectives, and business needs through financial analysis, data interpretation, and communication • Develop pro forma financial models, investment analyses, and business cases for new business opportunities • Partner with executives and cross-functional stakeholders on financial solutions • Identify and communicate financial risks, opportunities, trends, and performance drivers • Develop and present financial scenarios and recommendations • Communicate financial terms, deal structures, modeling assumptions, drivers, and variance causes to financial and non-financial stakeholders • Incorporate feedback, address concerns, and facilitate alignment on recommendations and deal structures • Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ongoing financial performance analysis • Provide ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, modeling, and strategic support • Develop operational strategies that improve financial performance and maximize business opportunities • Present financial analyses and recommendations to leadership, clients, and stakeholder groups

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or related field • Experience with FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial analysis • Ability to build and communicate sophisticated financial models • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint • Experience with financial planning, reporting, and business intelligence platforms is a plus, including Microsoft Power BI, Anaplan, Hyperion Enterprise, or similar systems • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities • Experience presenting to groups, facilitating discussions, and conducting training or knowledge-sharing sessions • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and interact with stakeholders at all organizational levels • Strong business acumen and ability to connect financial analysis to broader business strategy • MBA preferred
