📋 Description

• Execute tactical procurement activities for Capital spend across the Corporation • Partner with Category Managers, regional Procurement, business teams, and Finance business partners • Prepare electronic Requests for Proposal, Requests for Quotation, Requests for Information, and conduct forward and reverse auctions • Create negotiation plans and conduct negotiations • Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, value creation, and tiered pricing opportunities • Manage procurement risk through partnership and contracting • Ensure contractual arrangements comply with procurement policy, process, governance, approval, and execution requirements • Recommend new sources of goods and services • Minimize working capital through strategies such as leasing agreements and extended payment terms • Generate business case reports and ensure relevant KPIs and KRIs are met or exceeded • Follow communication plans and participate in internal and external stakeholder meetings • Conduct global sourcing and minimize total cost of ownership • Provide management reports as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; Science or Engineering majors • Recognized Qualification in Procurement or equivalent preferred • Practical experience in eSourcing and running eRFP, eRFQ, eRFI, forward and reverse auctions preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word • 3 Years’ experience in Capital Procurement • Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry preferred • Leading experience and knowledge in negotiation preparation and execution • Solid working knowledge of ERP in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) preferred; Oracle or SAP and MRP is an advantage • Strong verbal English and written English communication skills
