📋 Description

• Respond to incoming customer calls • Create and modify orders using various software tools • Provide exemplary service and promptly address customer inquiries and resolve issues • Use problem-solving skills to achieve first-contact resolution • Communicate effectively and efficiently with team members via Microsoft Teams Chat • Educate customers about King Arthur Baking's history, products, values, and impact • Contribute to a positive and safe work environment through cooperative and professional interactions • Adhere to company-wide green norms and remain educated on company impact campaigns • Perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned or changed

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years customer service experience preferred • Experience using customer service software and tools is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Dedication to exemplary customer service • Empathy and patience when assisting customers • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle a diverse customer base • Flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs • Genuine enthusiasm for King Arthur's mission and products • Commitment to living company values • Community-minded; gets involved and volunteers • Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers and phones • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods • Remote work environment that meets KAB standards • Adherence to safe and ergonomic work practices • Must participate in safety and compliance training and safety and health programs
