📋 Description

• Lead electrical installation and activities at customer job sites • Deliver high-quality electrical installations on time and within budget • Complete assigned electrical tasks safely and efficiently within the allotted time as directed by site supervision • Take personal responsibility for safety and promote a safe work environment for others • Provide mentorship, basic training, and support to less experienced personnel • Travel 100% to customer sites across the United States

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in electrical installation • Willingness to travel extensively within the continental United States • High School diploma or equivalent experience required • Ability to read and comprehend engineered drawings • Strong safety awareness with a dedication to maintaining a secure workplace • Physically able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and perform tasks such as pushing, pulling, squatting, crawling, and walking at extensive building projects in various climates • Effective communicator and able to take direction from supervision • A valid driver’s license is required • Basic computer skills preferred, including email, spreadsheet entry, and report input • Technical degree or specialized training preferred
