📋 Description

• Lead electrical installation activities at customer job sites • Deliver high-quality electrical installations on time and within budget • Provide hands-on leadership to installation teams • Lead crews of 10-15 installers • Run small projects with up to 10 installers for 1-3 weeks • Coordinate conveyor subsystem electrical layout, wire pulling, and cable layout • Mentor, train, and coach subordinate installers • Motivate and direct team members efficiently and respectfully • Lead by example in a fast-paced jobsite environment

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to lead a crew of 10-15 installers • Capability to run a small project with up to 10 installers for 1-3 weeks • Proficiency with conveyor sub-system layout electrical drawings • Proficiency in wire pulling and cable layout, including ASI, E-net, and other communication cabling • Good working knowledge of NEC • Ability to motivate and direct others efficiently and respectfully • OSHA 30 certification required • Excellent communication skills • Willingness to take direction • Ability to mentor subordinates professionally • Ability to train and coach subordinates
