📋 Description

• Responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing the frontend features of our application, with a strong focus on user experience and performance. • Enable efficient collaborative work through our Board tool (whiteboarding and visual management), emphasizing performance, responsiveness, and ease of adoption. • Create an environment that fosters active participation during meetings and workshops, regardless of participant location (synchronous, asynchronous, hybrid). • Support the integration of our tool into company environments by promoting connections with their information systems (SSO, SCIM, OKTA, Teams...) and via public APIs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend development experience, with solid expertise in React and TypeScript • Strong knowledge of frontend tooling and ops (Webpack, RSPack, Babel...) • Good understanding of browser internals, capabilities, and limitations • Web performance optimization and profiling skills • Strong mathematical skills are a major plus (transformation matrices, geometry, etc.) • Experience with WebSockets is a plus • Interest in new technologies, particularly AI applied to development
