📋 Description

• Partner directly with Shaner Hotels properties to maximize room revenue and profitability. • Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies, procedures, and best practices. • Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitive positioning to identify revenue opportunities. • Monitor pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to optimize hotel performance. • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and performance analyses. • Collaborate with hotel leadership teams to ensure revenue strategies align with property goals. • Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members across all levels of the organization. • Continuously evaluate performance and recommend adjustments to drive revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Revenue Management. • Current knowledge of and experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and independent hotel reservation and yield management systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think both strategically and creatively. • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with computer applications and reporting tools. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for driving results.
