You will be responsible for leading strategic relationships, connecting business challenges to Knewin’s solutions, and serving as the primary voice of the customer internally. • Profile: This position combines analytical insight, consultative capability and disciplined execution — supported by trusted relationships, target focus and a continuous pursuit of excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Project Management or related areas. • Ability to manage a portfolio with organization, prioritization and discipline. • Clear, concise and solution-oriented communication skills. • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, NRR, expansion, adoption). • Experience with tools such as CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), spreadsheets and support platforms. • Ability and willingness to visit major clients. • Preferred • Experience with B2B SaaS products. • Experience in data analysis or working with dashboards. • Experience serving enterprise/government/corporate clients. • Knowledge of NPS, Customer Journey and CS methodologies (e.g., WbD, Success Playbooks). • Differentiators • Previous experience at companies focused on reputation, communications, PRTech or martech. • Familiarity with consulting methodologies (McKinsey, Bain, BCG). • Experience with expansion and cross-sell processes. • Proven track record of high performance in goal-driven environments. • Participation in building processes, playbooks or CS Ops. • Ability to work in environments of transformation and rapid growth.
