📋 Description

• Provide tactical coordination and operational support for data governance pilots, intake processes, standards rollouts, and related project work • Coordinate pilot implementation across programs • Support governance intake workflows and follow-up actions • Track checklist compliance, onboarding progress, and standards adoption • Support modernization projects with embedded Data Governance guidance • Maintain documentation, reporting, meeting notes, and action-item tracking • Coordinate with data stewards, business teams, IT, and project stakeholders • Work with North Dakota Information Technology (NDIT) to align with statewide data governance efforts, policies, and standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years' experience with program coordination, governance operations, data management, or business operations • Strong documentation, tracking, and follow-up skills • Ability to coordinate across business and IT stakeholders • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences • Experience with Health and Human Services, public sector, or large enterprise environments (preferred) • Experience supporting modernization, reporting, data governance, or standards related initiatives (preferred) • Familiarity with dashboards, data inventories, business glossaries, metadata, data quality tracking, SQL or data queries (preferred) • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science (preferred) • CDMP, PMP, or equivalent data governance/project management certification highly desired (preferred) • DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) (preferred) • DCAM Certification (preferred) • PMP or CAPM (preferred) • Must not require C2C • Must not require sponsorship for a work visa
