📋 Description

• Support, engage with, and lead the community, volunteer members and teams in chat, forums and via our support channels • Contribute ideas and initiatives for community management and product development • Develop and implement strategies to increase community satisfaction and strengthen member retention • Act as the community’s voice and a bridge to product development • Organize events, community campaigns and meetups

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills, native-level German and confident spelling and grammar — additional language skills are a plus • Socially skilled, empathetic and able to understand and relate to other people • A healthy level of resilience; you stay calm in challenging situations or during conflicts • Ideally, experience in community management or in supporting, leading and moderating communities or (offline) groups • You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented way. You proactively bring ideas and insights to the team • As a reliable team player, you can communicate company decisions to the community • Flexibility is not an issue for you — you can occasionally attend meetings in the evening or at weekends • Your open, friendly character and empathetic nature are an asset to our team • Solution- and service-oriented: you balance the needs of our members with business requirements • You understand that members sometimes need support outside regular working hours and occasional evening appointments are not a problem for you • You live Knuddels’ values and can enthusiastically inspire others with them.
