• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a good to have. • 2–3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to influence and persuade stakeholders. • Proficiency in utilizing market research tools and CRM software to drive data-informed decision-making. • A high degree of resilience and the ability to pivot strategies in a fast-paced, competitive market. • Proven ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers.
