• Develop and maintain HTML/CSS email templates • Build reusable modular components and adapt client-specific templates • Test email rendering across clients and devices using Litmus, Email on Acid, or equivalent tools • Build and deploy outbound campaigns, primarily email, in Kobie-hosted platforms and client campaign management systems • Configure journey logic, audience segmentation, targeting rules, and suppression lists • Implement dynamic content, personalization tokens, and promotional offer logic • Own final deployment of assigned campaigns, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery • Execute A/B and multivariate test configurations • Coordinate asset handoffs with Campaign Managers and content partners • Document execution best practices and maintain development build standards • Follow platform tooling standards and governance guidelines • Collaborate with Campaign Managers, QA Analysts, and client teams to deliver accurate, on-brand campaigns • Ensure campaigns build accurately and on schedule, pass QA with minimal rework, and follow platform standards and SOPs
• 1–3 years of experience in email development, marketing operations, or digital campaign execution • Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS for email, including cross-client rendering • Experience with at least one enterprise campaign platform; Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred • Foundational understanding of journey orchestration, including single- and multi-step automated flows, triggered sends, and entry/exit criteria • Familiarity with event-based triggers, lifecycle programs, re-engagement flows, and scheduled versus triggered deployment • Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing mechanics • Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting logic, and data-driven personalization • Strong attention to detail • Clear communication skills and ability to flag issues and ask questions before builds begin • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Preferred: Experience with Litmus, Email on Acid, or equivalent rendering test tools • Preferred: Familiarity with AMPScript, SQL, or other scripting/query languages • Preferred: Experience with Adobe Campaign, Braze, Iterable, or Marketo • Preferred: Knowledge of dynamic and conditional content logic • Preferred: Exposure to multi-channel campaign orchestration • Preferred: Experience with Workfront or Jira
