📋 Description

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), including but not limited to: managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, travel coordination, and expense reporting. • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders interacting with the CTO. • Assist in preparing and organizing materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, reports, and technical documentation. • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external events, team offsites, and technology forums. • Manage and track key action items, ensuring follow-ups are completed in a timely manner. • Support cross-functional collaboration between the Product, Engineering, and IT teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information related to technology strategy, business initiatives, and leadership discussions. • Partner with the CTO and leadership team to improve administrative processes, optimize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency. • Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to support strategic initiatives. • Assist with special projects and initiatives related to technology, innovation, and process improvement. • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure the CTO and technology teams operate efficiently. • In person support to local Cary, NC office as needed (e.g. mail, physical access keys/badges).

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. • Previous experience providing executive support, preferably to CTOs, CIOs, or senior leaders. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to anticipating needs. • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience as an Assistant or Administrative Coordinator • High level of discretion and confidentiality, especially when handling proprietary or sensitive technical information.
