📋 Description

• Lead full-lifecycle Workday Benefits deployments from initial scoping and discovery through go-live and hypercare • Partner with executive stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable design decisions, operating model alignments, and HR transformations • Architect intricate calculation tags, complex benefit groups, and automated enrollment rules built to scale • Guide clients on strategic deployment roadmaps and evaluate release capabilities for long-term value creation

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on expertise leading Workday Benefits implementations from foundation building through cutover and launch • Exceptional consulting capability to challenge legacy processes, guide decision-making, and present clear strategic roadmaps to C-suite leadership • Proven track record of designing scalable, clean-sheet architectures and executing complex structural overhauls • Ability to lead discovery sessions, manage scope, and drive consensus across multi-disciplinary client teams • Applicants must have work authorization in the country in which they are applying that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship for employment authorization in the Employing Country
