📋 Description
• Lead the implementation and configuration of global Workday solutions • Recommend best practices and propose creative solutions to clients • Oversee project scope, quality, and timelines across multiple projects • Mentor less experienced consultants
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience leading Workday HCM implementations from the partner side • Deep expertise in at least one Workday specialty and advanced knowledge in at least two others • Comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication skills in remote environments • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
