📋 Description
• Develop and deploy ML models for detecting sleep apnea events using biosignals (e.g. breathing, SpO₂) and optionally audio/video • Design data pipelines and prepare training datasets from clinical or wearable device sources • Produce high level and low level AI system architecture taking into consideration user journeys • Validate model performance against medical-grade benchmarks • Optimize models for deployment across cloud, mobile, or edge devices • Collaborate with medical researchers, data engineers, and product teams to translate clinical requirements into scalable AI solutions • Document and maintain reproducible ML workflows and support versioning, CI/CD, and MLOps practices
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years in ML/AI roles, ideally in health or time‑series / signal analysis • Strong experience in Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, and libraries like NumPy, SciPy, and optionally scikit‑learn • Demonstrable background in time‑series modelling, anomaly detection, and signal processing • Experience working with physiological data (e.g. breathing, SpO₂ sensors) is a plus • Familiarity with model deployment and optimization on cloud or edge platforms • Good communication skills in English • Acquires knowledge and experience with MCP and also Contex Engineering • Competence in generative AI such as prompt engineering and RAG • Understands the Knowledge Graphs and Graph Databases
