📋 Description

• Support billing processes within the after-sales department • Enter and verify invoices in the system • Support reimbursement and refund processes for authorized service centers • Create payment requisitions and monitor the process through settlement • Support the management of accounts payable and operational expenses • Review financial documents and ensure data accuracy • Organize and maintain receipts, invoices, and financial documents • Extract and consolidate financial reports from internal systems • Perform basic data analysis to support decision-making • Monitor operational and financial KPIs • Identify inconsistencies in financial processes and flag them for correction • Provide support to internal teams and partners regarding payment and financial process inquiries • Support the month-end closing process • Contribute to the improvement and standardization of financial processes

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in finance, billing, or administrative functions required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • A college degree is a plus • 3 to 5 years of professional experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:48 p.m. • General legal-related activities
