📋 Description

• Drive the strategic planning cycle by partnering with key business partners to own P&L, cash flow, and forecasts/budgets • Develop monthly and quarterly forecasts with aligned business leader partnership to improve forecast accuracy • Work closely with the CFO and executive leadership on company-wide strategic initiatives, including M&A corporate development • Work with senior company leadership and cross-functionally with sales, operations, and other business partners • Develop, track, and report meaningful financial and operational metrics to support data-driven business decisions • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis • Understand operational-planning changes and prepare creative reporting to analyze key trends and support pivotal decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance is required • 5+ years of relevant experience as an FP&A Analyst within a technology company • Experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or a Big 4 Accounting firm • 2+ years of experience in Enterprise Software and SaaS is preferred • Strong ability to create financial models and turn data into actionable insights • High integrity and strong business judgment; ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior leadership • Ability to build partnerships with business stakeholders across the organization • Excellent written and presentation skills; organized and detail-oriented • Resourceful and determined; ability to work independently and with a team • Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting concepts • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to continuous growth and process evolution • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require current or future sponsorship
