📋 Description
• Ensure client satisfaction by establishing and adhering to policies and procedures related to operations • Foster effective communication among all staff levels • Address and resolve client needs promptly and comprehensively • Manage the implementation process of new clients • Assist senior management in policy development and the implementation of internal controls • Conduct employee appraisals in line with the company's performance management tools
🎯 Requirements
• A professional accounting qualification • Minimum 15 years of experience working in fund administration • Strong knowledge of investment accounting and technical knowledge of alternative investments • Minimum of five years of experience managing a team of 10 or more • Paxus and/or Investran experience preferred • Detailed knowledge and understanding of regulatory matters
