📋 Description

• Manage the technical operations of IPTV/OTT services (streaming, middleware, STB/apps, VoD) • Plan and scale infrastructure to handle high loads and peak events • Convert business plans into technical system requirements, build correlations, and develop capacity plans • Ensure proactive service monitoring, manage incident resolution, troubleshooting, and RCA • Lead and coordinate performance testing across teams to validate scalability and reliability • Continuously optimize system performance and stability, improving video quality and user experience • Collaborate closely with business, network, development, QA, and support teams

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role • Solid understanding of end-to-end IPTV/OTT architecture • Proven experience in infrastructure planning and optimization for high loads • Strong skills in monitoring and incident response • Experience in performance optimization of systems and services • Knowledge of CDNs and adaptive streaming technologies • Familiarity with cloud platforms, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and partners
