📋 Description

• Perform batch operations according to service agreements • Analyze first-level issues across systems • Resolve or route issues as appropriate • Supervise and control complex computer systems, networks and applications • Operate distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment • Develop support system management processes tailored to customer requirements • Provide high-quality service to customers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Support automation of complex processes and essential systems • Contribute to reliable delivery for customers

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in an Operations environment • At least 2 years’ hands-on experience working with Windows and Office products, including Word, Excel and Teams • Excellent customer relations/communications skills • Ability to detect and troubleshoot problems and navigate independently • Ability to work an Alternate Work Schedule (AWS) to maintain 24x7 support, including any shift, weekends, and holidays • Required to pass stringent background checks • Working knowledge of network fundamentals such as routers, switches and circuits • Working knowledge of the Major Incident process • Working knowledge of the Problem and Change processes • High school education required
