📋 Description

• Craft immersive and engaging experiences connecting people with environments, events, and interactions • Lead design initiatives across various projects, ensuring innovative and user-friendly solutions • Develop and maintain relationships with clients as a trusted design advisor • Guide design teams in the creation of high-quality designs meeting business and user needs • Ensure design feasibility by partnering with technical teams • Take ownership from discovery to user testing, ensuring impactful design delivery • Support AI projects to create user-centered experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years experience • Deep industry vertical experience • Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure or other technical applications • Human behavior, change management, or other applied social sciences • Data science, AI/ML background • Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent portfolio • Preferred Education: MDM, MDes, MFA, dMBA, or equivalent
