📋 Description

• As Project Lead at L21s you take responsibility for planning, managing and delivering demanding IT consulting projects • You lead interdisciplinary consulting teams, provide holistic client support, and work on core client issues with a high level of conceptual depth • At the same time you keep practical feasibility in mind and ensure our solutions are not only well thought-out but also ready for real-world application • In addition to project responsibility, you also assume disciplinary leadership duties and foster the professional and personal development of your team members

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree in a technical or business field (e.g., Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Management with an IT focus) • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT consulting or a comparable industry • Proven experience leading complex projects—ideally in the IT or digitalization space • Experience in independently managing and developing teams • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and the ability to inspire people toward common goals
