📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, offer extension, and related talent acquisition activities • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting lifecycle • Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System • Adhere to compliance and talent acquisition processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in full-cycle recruiting with active sourcing, OR graduate degree or equivalent with 4 years of prior related experience • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors preferred • Previous experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting preferred • Progressive knowledge and expertise in sourcing methodologies, candidate assessment/interviewing, selection of talent, and closing strategies preferred • Ethical standards, integrity, and respect • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and deadlines • High sense of urgency and action-oriented approach
