📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between the sales organization and the IT Department • Assist sales in closing new business • Become involved at the onset of the sales process • Support the installed base • Visit clients, with mileage expensed • Provide training for certain EMR applications • Support integration, implementation, and functionality of interface solutions • Support interface solutions and related workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 3 or more years of EDI or Project Management experience, preferably in Healthcare • 3 or more years of experience working with different EMR vendors and/or Labs on connectivity projects is a plus • Current or prior Labcorp experience is preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong project management, organizational, and customer service skills • Comfortable working under minimal supervision • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to work independently or in a team environment • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) • Working knowledge of the laboratory business and internal workflows • Full-time, exempt position assigned to first shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST • Flexibility to work earlier, later, or additional hours when business needs require, with reasonable notice when possible
