• Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas through new business acquisition and strategic account development • Drive growth within the LES portfolio, including workplace drug testing, clinical testing, screening, and prevention services • Develop and execute territory growth strategies • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach • Identify decision-makers, uncover customer needs, and create business cases for new client partnerships • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposals, negotiation, and contract execution • Deliver customer presentations, communicate value, differentiate solutions, and overcome objections • Maintain pipeline activity, opportunity management, and sales forecasting in Salesforce • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer buying behaviors to identify revenue opportunities • Conduct business reviews and strategic planning to maximize territory performance • Represent Labcorp at industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and professional meetings • Collaborate with divisional sales and account management teams to win new clients, expand market share, and drive revenue growth • Travel overnight to client visits, sales meetings, and trade shows, up to 25%
• Bachelor's degree • 2+ years of successful outside sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota • 2+ years of successful new business development experience, with demonstrated success identifying opportunities, generating leads, and closing new customer relationships • 1+ years of experience managing a high-volume sales pipeline and opportunity portfolio within a CRM system • Must live in California, Oregon, Washington State or Idaho • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills • Ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all organizational levels
