• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. • Lead onboarding outreach, manage the briefing process, run kick-off/status calls independently, and maintain clear "next steps". • Oversee end-to-end project execution from client onboarding to campaign delivery for assigned content programs. • Actively monitor project deliverables against contractual agreements. • Collaborate seamlessly with Sales and Marketing to align delivery timelines.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, or a related field) • 2–3 years of demonstrated experience in client services, project coordination, or campaign delivery within science/medical communications, or a STEM media environment
