📋 Description
• Identify, recruit, train, and retain new members of Lambda Chi Alpha • Lead on-the-ground recruitment efforts for new and re-establishing Chapters • Own Lambda Chi Alpha’s recruitment cycle • Articulate Lambda Chi Alpha’s vision, mission, and values • Onboard new Associate Members • Manage stakeholders for new Associate Chapters • Collaborate cross-functionally to create tools for Chapter growth
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in sales or recruitment and leadership preferred • Knowledge of fraternity/sorority life and Chapter operations • Experience working within Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and Salesforce preferred • Lambda Chi Alpha membership preferred but not required
