📋 Description

• Write and maintain user guides, API documentation, technical specifications, and other product-related content. • Partner with engineers, product managers, and designers to gather information and ensure accurate documentation of features and updates. • Help establish and improve documentation processes and best practices across the company. • Write clear, concise, and accurate documentation aimed at various audiences, from developers to non-technical users. • Edit and review documentation produced by other team members to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency. • Continuously update and improve documentation as new product features are developed or existing ones are updated.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts • A basic understanding of software development, APIs, and web technologies • Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, GitHub, or similar platforms • High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Bonus: Experience in a startup environment or at a Series A/B tech company is a plus.
