📋 Description

• Support project management for a large federal-government contract • Work with the Program Manager, Task Leads, and the client to plan and manage work across the task • Drive scope, team, schedule, budget, and quality aspects to achieve project objectives and deliverables • Manage projects according to industry best practices • Act as a task-management and tracking expert • Communicate with clients, management, and staff • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies • Prioritize competing demands and organize work effectively • Organize, direct, and coordinate contract delivery planning and production with assistance from the Task Lead • Facilitate cross-functional coordination and issue resolution involving technical subject-matter experts, developers, program teams, vendors, and client stakeholders • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, knowledge-management resources, help-desk workflows, and reporting dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Nine or more years of experience managing mid- to large-scale projects • Experience managing government contracts for consulting services in Health IT/informatics, public health informatics, healthcare, or another technical field • Experience leading or coordinating technical support, help desk, service-management, or ServiceNow implementation activities within a complex project environment • Experience developing and managing operational workflows, escalation processes, service-level expectations, and performance metrics • Experience coordinating issue resolution across technical, operational, and client-facing teams • Experience managing various project types, including complex software-engineering projects • Knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology • Experience with Jira • Excellent spoken and written communication skills • Experience with public health, healthcare systems, and/or Health IT projects • Ability to work within a challenging environment across multiple, diverse teams • If required by the project, ability to successfully complete and obtain a federal Position of Public Trust Level 5 background investigation, meet all eligibility criteria, and maintain the required clearance throughout employment • Candidate must reside in the United States
