📋 Description

• Drive the growth and profitability of FinanceBuzz’s paid media portfolio by owning strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns • Own campaign performance end-to-end including pacing, reporting, and results across Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max • Manage a large-scale budget ($20M+/year) and relentlessly optimize for ROAS and revenue • Source and manage creative; write ad copy and partner on creative development; maintain organized asset library for rapid testing • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns with measurable objectives, targeting, bidding, and creative experimentation • Continuously monitor campaign health, reduce CPA, increase CTR, and maximize ROAS through aggressive optimization • Document tests and campaign changes in a structured log; share wins and learnings • Collaborate closely with business leads, account managers, and yield partners to align priorities and surface headwinds/tailwinds • Conduct competitive research and intelligence to uncover new growth opportunities and expand into new territories • Serve as internal subject matter authority on Google Ads strategy and full campaign lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience planning, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube) • Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets ($20M+/year) and consistently meet ROAS and revenue goals independently • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Looker, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) • Ability to write compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative asset development • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional partners to drive results • Experience independently analyzing campaign data, generating insights, and driving ROAS and revenue growth through both strategy and execution
