• Drive Launch Global’s mobilization efforts into new U.S. areas and churches • Develop and implement strategic expansion into new and existing U.S. regions • Build and maintain systems for tracking current, past, and future partnership opportunities • Research and analyze potential new geographic regions • Develop strategies for entering and establishing presence in new regions with the U.S. Expansion Team • Assess cultural, political, and ministry landscapes to inform strategic decisions • Establish and nurture relationships with local churches, ministry partners, and collaborators • Cast vision for Launch Global’s approach to church mobilization • Build trust and credibility with church partners • Develop a network supporting long-term ministry objectives • Improve church-partnership vetting and establish a streamlined partnership process • Participate in missions recruitment events, conferences, and awareness programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Humility, eagerness, excellence, initiative, and resourcefulness • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to prioritize appropriately and juggle multiple tasks • Solid judgment and decision-making skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to foster team development and healthy team culture • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Willingness to pursue a healthy work-life balance • Ability to assess and implement improvements • Willingness to receive coaching and implement feedback • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience required • Ministry, church, or nonprofit leadership experience preferred • Willingness to travel domestically approximately 30–40% of the time • Must understand, affirm, and adhere to Launch Global’s Statement of Faith • Must agree to uphold Launch Global’s Vision, Mission, and Values • Must demonstrate Christ-likeness in accordance with biblical values • Must demonstrate the character, Launch Global, and biblical values in the Staff Handbook • Must uphold a close and growing relationship with Jesus Christ • Must participate in child safety training and similar employment-related requirements
