📋 Description

• Maintain and supervise a heavy and diversified caseload of the Firm’s clients in Virginia • Communicate with clients regarding their respective matters • Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and agreements • Communicate with opposing parties to resolve or settle claims • Conduct legal research on simple and complex issues in contract law and other areas of consumer law • Travel for in-court appearances while working primarily from home

🎯 Requirements

• Must be currently admitted to practice law in Virginia • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm • Superior organizational and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Highest ethical standards and professional integrity • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work easily with senior management and employees at all levels • Strong legal research skills • Proficiency in LexisNexis is a plus • Must be located in or within a commutable distance to Fairfax, Virginia
