📋 Description

• Conduct research and analysis to develop and maintain data on U.S. government leadership and organizational charts at federal, state, and local levels • Execute comprehensive data collection, development, and analysis supporting operational processes, with a focus on relevance, precision, and accuracy • Undertake advanced open-source research and in-depth analysis into key entities across U.S. federal, state, and local government • Employ data analysis techniques to discern patterns, derive insights, and identify data quality discrepancies • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to appraise data quality and develop workflows improving data completeness • Perform in an agile operational environment while developing and sharing subject matter expertise • Participate in developing data operations while ensuring data accuracy and quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with an interest in government or policy • Familiarity with the structure of U.S. federal, state, or local government is a plus • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and project management • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Strong project management skills — able to plan, prioritize, and keep projects moving independently • Strong time management practices and a proven ability to meet deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to synthesize research findings clearly for non-technical stakeholders • Demonstrated curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset: evolving key processes, embracing innovation, and exploring emerging technologies like AI • Proficiency in conducting sophisticated web-based research • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Practical experience with project management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
