• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or revenue leadership, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or another regulated industry. • Proven success building, scaling, and optimizing partnership-led revenue models. • A strong operator who can lead strategy while rolling up their sleeves to close deals. • Deep experience forming strategic alliances, channel partnerships, and B2B2C programs. • Understanding of dispensary workflows, economics, and operational realities. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Experience with event-based or field partnership programs is a plus. • A bias toward action, accountability, and measurable outcomes. • Mission-driven mindset with a passion for transforming healthcare through cannabis.
