📋 Description

• Responsible for the technical implementation of email marketing campaigns • Write, test, and maintain Python scripts for campaign automation and reporting • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries to support data-driven campaign execution • Collaborate with Creative and Operations teams to ensure seamless template integration and data mapping • Troubleshoot technical issues related to email campaigns and data workflows • Ensure accurate campaign configurations in the ESP (MessageGears) • Design and execute responsive email templates using HTML and CSS • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and user engagement • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions)

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Python (development and scripting) and SQL (complex, production-ready queries) • Experience with MessageGears or similar ESPs • Troubleshooting technical issues related to campaigns and workflows • Ensuring data accuracy and proper campaign configuration • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive email design principles • Experience with analytics tools to track email performance (e.g., Google Analytics) • Understanding of A/B testing and optimization techniques • Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Figma (nice to have) • Basic JavaScript for interactive email elements (nice to have) • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and integrations (nice to have) • Experience with email testing tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid) (nice to have) • Knowledge of email compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) (nice to have) • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency • Problem-solving mindset for resolving technical issues • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
